<Golden Rooster Navi.> Android App. Personal Data Processing Policy
1. Purpose of processing personal information
<Golden Rooster Navi.> handles personal information for the following purposes. It is not used for the additional other purpose.
Camera preview feature for user's face detection and tracking.
GPS data have to be received for displaying current device's position on map.
2. Rights, duties, and methods of use of information subjects
The user may exercise the following rights as personal information subjects.
a. Personal information request
b. If there is an error, request correction
c. Delete request
d. Process stop request
We do not collect any information at all, so you can delete and process the app yourself.
3. Creating an item of personal information to process
<Golden Rooster> handles the following personal information items.
android.permission.CAMERA
Simply, the system of the terminal queries camera functionality for user's face detection and tracking purposes only. So the right of using device's camera will be granted.
android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATTON
android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATTON
This is only for displaying current device's location on map. So the right of using device's GPS/Wifi will be granted.
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
To get the map tile and road, traffic data via wifi/mobile network. The right of using device's network will be granted.
android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
This is to be used as a temporary repository to share screen contents between users. Also it's for saving image and sound that are basically needed for the App's configuration.
android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO
This App. recognizes user's voice and uses it for voice-to-text chat functionality so the recording of the microphone input sound is essential.
4. Destruction of personal information
<Golden Rooster> in principle, will destroy the personal information without delay when the purpose of processing personal information is achieved. The procedures, deadlines and methods of destruction are as follows
This App. queries only the minimized essential features of camera. Also the previewed contents are for face detect and tracking. Removing the App. no longer uses the above permission.
5. Measures to ensure the safety of personal information
Cottonwood Co., Ltd., pursuant to Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, carries out technical, administrative and physical measures necessary for ensuring safety as follows.
a. Establishment and enforcement of internal management plan
b. Restrict access to personal information
c. Access control to unauthorized persons

7. Change of personal information processing policy
This Privacy Policy will be effective from the effective date. If any changes, additions, deletions, or corrections are made in accordance with laws and policies, we will notify you through announcements 7 days before the change. This Privacy Policy will take effect on November 8, 2017.
